"A Filha Perdida" é escolhido como Melhor Filme, enquanto Simon Rex e Taylour Paige vencem os prêmios de atuação no Independent Spirit Awards 2022!

O Independent Spirit Awards que foi uma das primeiras premiações pré-Oscar ao revelar os indicados de 2022, agora fecha o ciclo ao anunciar os seus vencedores.

A premiação de filmes independentes deu o seu maior prêmio para "A Filha Perdida", que também venceu os prêmios de Direção e Roteiro.  Simon Rex venceu em Melhor Ator por "Red Rocket", enquanto Taylour Paige foi a vencedora em Melhor Atriz com "Zola"!

Destaque também para Troy Kotsur, que venceu o SAG, e agora também leva por aqui o prêmio de Melhor Ator Coadjuvante com "No Ritmo do Coração". 

Entre outros destaques, "Summer of Soul" levou como Melhor Documentário e "Drive My Car" foi agraciado como Melhor Filme Estrangeiro.
