Critics Choice Awards é uma premiação bem conhecida e já faz parte do nosso calendário anual. Mas, a partir do ano passado, começaram também a premiação especial para documentários!
Logo na primeira edição já acertaram a sincronia com o Oscar, dando 3 prêmios para o filme "O.J.: Made in America", que saiu como Melhor Documentário, Melhor Diretor para Ezra Edelman e Melhor Documentário Esportivo. Além disso, dos 5 indicados ao Oscar de Melhor Documentário, apenas "Eu Não Sou Seu Negro" não esteve entre os indicados do Critics Choice Documentary Awards. O que é um número realmente grande de acertos!
Esses acertos, comparados com a Academia e diversas das outras premiações que vieram depois, nos fizeram decidir prestar atenção nos indicados desse ano e começar, a partir de hoje, o Termômetro Oscar 2018 de Melhor Documentário!
